Pregnancy is possible if you have one tube open. But your chance of pregnancy is in every alternate cycle because one ovary ovulate in one cycle and second in other cycle. E.g. If your right ovary ovulate in the month then left ovary will ovulate in next month. If your right fallopian tube is blocked and right ovary has ovulated in this cycle then pregnancy is not possible in this month. Your left ovary will ovulate in the next cycle and pregnancy can occur as left tube is opened.
Success rate of IUI is not 100%. You can also go for test tube baby.

Thank you ..yes I have heard the doc suggesting a surgery to open the blocked tube ..I have never had a surgery before but as per doc with two tubes open the success rate will be more whether its iui or test tube....

Actually, that's not completely true. The fallopian tubes "float" freely in the body - they are not connected to or assigned to one ovary or the other. If both of your ovaries are producing eggs, your single, unblocked tube is able to transport an egg from either ovary. Because you don't have two available tubes, your chances of pregnancy are about 15% lower than if both were available and functioning properly. I've known people who have both had success with and without the surgery.

I had a fallopian tube and ovary removed at age 16 ive had 4 children conceived naturally and two of them are twins, I'm currently trying for a 5th but at 31 I don't know whether this will happen, you can get pregnant with only one tube my kids are living proof of it!

My husband and I were trying to conceive we found out both my tubes were blocked.
We did surgery to repair tubes the left tube  was opened. And I had 2 IUI (failed)
may 2009 1 Failed IVF.
Is it possible that my left tube is still opened. And can I get pregnant on my own.

I believe the chances would be slim, if next to none.  The best thing is to consult with your doctor.  Get an ultrasound and an MRI done to determine if pregnancy is still an option, in the old fashioned way.  There is always a way of extracting eggs and fertilizing them so you can implant them in your uterous. That is if you want to get pregnant.  Do you still have ovaries?  That is another thing.  You can have an implant from someone else - if you are worried about getting pregnant, then be sure to use contraceptives until you know for sure

I was born with only one ovary and tube and I have 3 kids 17, 13 and 4 years old.  I have had 3 miscarriages but you can do it. It might take a little longer to conceive, but it's possible.
