My sister tried for five years to have a child. But just recently, her and her husband found out that they are expecting their first. She hadn't had a period since she was 14, she is now 27. My husband and I have been trying for three years, and had no luck. I hadn't had a period since I was 15. My doctor also said there was nothing wrong with my body or hormone levels. We decided that having intercourse every other day would work the best for us.. Three years later, we too are also expecting our first. If your not having a regular period, try having intercourse every other day. That way no matter what you wont miss your ovulation. Another thing is, if your going to do the every other day, try to have fun with it. Trust me sometimes it felt like a chore to me. Don't let it feel like that to you. Once you starting feeling like it's a chore, you start to stress. Stress can decrease your chances of getting pregnant. My husband and I didn't use a basal thermometer or expensive ovulation kits. WE JUST RELAXED AND HAD FUN WITH IT.
