There are few exercise which can help you in this regard.
- Take two dumb bells in each hand and lay down. Stretch your arms straight up and pull back. Repeat this for 15 minutes.
- Take two dumb bells in each hand and lay down. Stretch your arms straight up and hold their for 20-30 seconds and then pull back. Repeat this for 15 minutes.
- Take two dumb bells in each hand and lay down. Stretch your arms on each side without touching the ground, hold there for few seconds and then pull back to chest. Repeat this for 15 minutes.
