You will need:
*a lemon or lemon juice
*music if a punk rocker : )
Ok so pour some lemon juice into one of your cups and add about the same amount of water into the same cup.
Then do the exact same with the vinegar
and now pour them both into your 3rd cup
Ok so crank up that music and throw yor head in a pillow an make a loud "rrrr"ing sound (growling) once your voice is kinda hurting get that 3rd cup with the vinegar, lemon and water in it.
Take a big gulp and tilt your head back for about 5 seconds. Then swallow slowly.
Then make the "rrr"ing sound in te pilow agian until your voice hurts.
Repeat this about 3 times.
I have to admite this is truely sicky and can possibly make you sick if you swallow it too quickly. But will make your voice crackerly or completely gone for about 3 or 4 days : )

You’re supposed to jump up and down while drinking water. After that, go upside down and do the same thing. It worked for me!
Okay try drinking lemon juice right? But don’t drink it all the way yet. Hold it in your throat if you can for just a few seconds. Now swallow and try to cough for to 4-5 minutes. And it also helps to jog in heat without drinking water. You know cause your throat gets dry and everything.
Cough, scream, drink ice cold water that will scab your throat.
I know of a lot of methods for this. For starters, you can growl into your pillow or scream into your pillow for like 20 minutes if you're in a quiet place and don't really have the option of screaming out loud or doing anything disruptive. Also if you're in a quiet setting, you can whisper for 20 minutes as well. The screaming method and the whispering method both put stress on your vocal cords so it works the same way. If you drink about 4 tablespoons of vinegar, it will irritate your throat quickly since vinegar is acidic. It might take a while for your throat to rasp up though, depending on how strong or weak your vocal cords really are. I've also heard of drinking lemon juice. That should help also because lemon juice is really sour and also acidic like vinegar. If you put a cold ice pack on your neck while you sleep it will also make your voice raspy. What works best for me is drinking vinegar, the whispering method, and singing really loudly with loud music. Try to outsing your favorite artist! Hope this helps :)

I did the screaming in the pillow one, and it did not work.. And i did it 3 times in one day, I'm pretty sure thats very dangerous to do... But I'm really wanting to lose my voice, but its just not working! GAHH
I used to always lose my voice about a year ago i would lose it every month but now i have been trying for months to lose it and i can't i have tried EVERYTHING. But what helped a lot was lemon and sleeping with my mouth open and coughing aggresively.
