If pregnancy continues for 40 weeks and alive baby is delivered then this is called live birth. If baby is dead and delivered between 24-40 weeks of pregnancy then the condition is called stillbirth.

If it does not start after 2 weeks then chances of developing blood clotting are very high, so induction is recommended. C.section is not allowed until some complications with vaginal birth.

My Daughter was 16 weeks pregnant and the baby's heart stopped ,she had to give natural birth to it by given things to induce labor it was so very sad!!! Its only been 2 weeks ago 4-24-2010

I had this happen before at 25 weeks. The hospital gave me the decision of either induced labor or an abortion. I'm sure this is standard procedure at most hospitals. It would be your decision which one you want..
Nature handles this issue for you most times,but there are times when you have to be hospitalized and they help your body to abort...the best to you
