You have not indicated the figures of blood tests count which are necessary to identify infection and allergic reactions. Also you have not indicated symptoms which you are having. There are three types of PMN or polymorphonuclear cell like neutrophil, eosinophil and basophil. PMN are part of white blood cells. Their count is increased in response to bacterial infection and allergic reactions. The increase in PMNs in blood is not clear sign of mold toxicity because there are variety of reasons which can cause elevated levels of PMN.
Mold toxicity can cause allergic reactions because they produce mycotoxins. Unfortunately, no test is authentic to diagnose mold toxicity. They are usually diagnosed by clinical symptoms and smell of molds. Most commonly test used to diagnose mold toxicity is Visual Contrast Sensitivity test.
So, your deviation in PMN count may or may not related with molds toxicity. It requires further investigation before coming to final conclusion.
