Mucus in poo is usually the lining of your intestines coming out. I would start eating lots of yogurt or taking probiotics and get to a doctor.
I have the same problem with you and I couldn't solve it. It made it better though, tea of cinnamon, bananas. The solution however was the birth control pills that I took. Maybe you should visit a doctor too.
