See your doctor. My doctor had me on birth control pills and the hormones evened out my periods and pretty much got rid of the cramps. If you're opposed to hormonal treatment there are also alternative medicines if you can find a doctor with a holistic approach. Narcotic painkillers also work in the short run.
What Do You Do When Your Period Cramps Are So Bad That You Often Vomit And Are Whithering In Pain For Hours?
hi PBfan4! The daughter of a girl I used to work with got sick like that. Unfortunately for her there was no medication that would help besides birth control pills, but there are other things you can try. Call your OB/GYN to discuss your options, and FEEL BETTER! Be sure to let us know how it goes! Good luck!
Hi,
I'm a firm believer of hot water bottle and pain killers to ease it, I wish myself I could find something that stops the pain and I mean pain to the point of being sick, pain so low in the stomach and going slightly down my left leg, heavy blood with large blood clots, light head and a tingle at my finger ends ( only ever had that feeling today tho') I say all this as I'm sat on my sofa in pain too! I should be on a works night bowling doo, but can't.

Go to the doctors cause that has happened to me before..and I had cyst on my ovaries... Luckily they exploded by them selves... Go to your doctors!
Take ibuprofin; and tell your mother to take you to the dr; if she can't accept you
growing up, then she needs to at least keep it to herself. Sometimes parents
try to prolong their kids turning into (young) adults, but this sounds like you need
an ob-gyn. If you must, wait until you're 18, but you really shouldn't have to. It might
be endometriosis, which I know from experience is very painful, esp at a young age.
Heating pads, advil/tylenol, water, and foods like fruit, crackers, etc, help. Avoid
caffeine/nicotene, heavily processed foods that make you nauseous. And tell your mother
to quit acting like a big baby
