Side effects are most likely going to be caused by some kind of allergy, as it’s widely accepted that Puraz Collagen Capsules do not actually work. The collagen molecules that are found within the capsules are destroyed when they are digested, and are hence no good to you at all. Any of the side effects, as mentioned, would simply be a result of a reaction you may normally have to the ingredients of the capsules.

Collagen is an ingredient that is sourced from cows (you may not know that gelatin is made from collagen), and you will already eat a good amount of collagen if you regularly eat meat and do not have vegetarian tendencies.

Puraz aggressively argue against this, however, and suggest that these capsules really could help you and should pose no real side effects. These collagen capsules from Puraz are 100 per cent collagen, and apparently ‘rejuvenate your natural beauty by restoring lost collagen from the inside’. This is the claim by Puraz, but to most people, it seems absurd given that people will be eating plenty of collagen anyway.

Puraz believes that research has shown that those who take these collagen capsules are amongst those who have improved their skin elasticity, strengthened their nails, obtained shinier hair, lessened their lines and wrinkles and even lessened sagging in their skin. Whilst it is well known that collagen is the substance that should be used for doing things like this, it’s controversial to take collagen in this form.

There’s nothing stopping you trying this kind of treatment, but be aware that many people are skeptical of it. You could be consuming just as much collagen if you were to continue eating meat on a regular day-to-day basis.
