My Husband Gets Sharp Head Pain Followed By Nose Bleeds. Is This Dangerous?

This could simply be a symptom of high blood pressure, however if he is getting them frequently I would advise he sees his doctor.
First aid for a nose bleed is sit casualty down leaning forward, give them a bowl or cloth if the nose is dripping. Pinch the soft part of the nose for 10 minutes and then release. If it has not stopped repeat 2 more times. After that it is a hospital job.

You stop nose bleeds by pinchin your nose  tilt your head back and a wet cold towel over your forehead.

Yeah if you tilt your head back during a nose bleed you can drown/choke to death from your own blood...nice job genious way to give people life threathening advice, keep up the good work. ^_-
