I'm not so sure how to answer this question. But I do know how a HIGH feels like. So, in my assumption, I believe a cocaine HIGH would feel extremely uncontrollable. Unlike alcohol where you feel "sloppy" or "buzzed" and "blackout" the HIGH of coc' is way more powerful from stories I heard.
