There are simpler ways to reduce weight other than dieting and working out. You can drink meizitang products, reduce as much as 20 lbs like this - and the weight comes off in the correct places as well! I strongly recommend this website www.meizitang.us/ they have many meizitang items, I promise they won’t let you down.

You should not take diet pills while breastfeeding as it is possible that these products will effect your breast milk, which means that they may also enter into your baby's body. Doctors and scientists have yet to determine what negative effects these products may have on babies who come into contact with such pills through breast milk.

As a general rule, diet pills are not very healthy, whether you are breastfeeding or not. Certain pills, such as Dexatrim, may lead to an increased risk of suffering a stroke, and this pill was recently removed from US pharmacies as a result of these health concerns. Other diet pills, however, might be just as dangerous and many of them may lead to high blood pressure, heart arrhythmia and possibly even seizures. One must be especially careful with pills containing ephedra as some scientists believe that this may have even lead to sudden death in some patients.

You should certainly stop taking diet pills while breastfeeding, but you may also wish to consider whether it is worth the risk to resume taking them at a later point.

I don't think that would be a good idea because what ever you eat your baby eats to and that could cause a defect on the child if he or she is eating diet pills from the breast milk.
