Well the most innocent thing I do is either watching a comedy show on television or listening to music...... Other than those I usually drink or intake other intoxicants honestly.
Blurtit is a big part of my relaxation. I also read or go bowling or go camping.
Every human being needs to relax. After a tiring day at work, or a hard training day at gym, one can simply relax by just listening to some slow peaceful music and closing their eyes and thinking of nothing. You can also relax by reading your favourite comic book or magazine. Some people can also do yoga if they know how to do it. Yoga can be very helpful as it makes the mind and body relax at the same time. By breathing in and out gradually through your nose you can also help your mind and body relax.
But if you are too tired to do anything, then the best thing you can do is go to sleep. A nice sleep can do wonders for any tired soul.

My kids are a little older now so i actually am at the point i enjoy them & find it relaxing to share with them & joke around. Other then that watch a few stand up comedians or read a book in absolute quiet.

I just drink energy drink and eat salted crunchy
food and take in a pain pill and my back is massaged
(after training immediately get on the bike and I do relax)

Lie dwn in bed nd read or write,redecorate my room,take a bath,cook with my dad,listen to music,draw,go swimming nd just float,hang out wit lads,text peple or look at photos nd videos of when i was younger!wat bout ou keithold?? :) x
Relaxing for me these days, usually means some kind of solitude. It used to be done by going out dancing, but since I can't tolerate too much of that anymore...I like to listen to music, play games on my PC, watch my favorite TV shows, SHOP, n' bake.
Sometimes...even Blurt it relaxes me. Or going out for a nice meal helps too. That way I don't have to cook or do dishes. An' if the house is a mess ( to me) I don't hafta look at it either.
I've been wishing for a nice porch swing to relax on, but so far...haven't got it yet.
I'm sure I find other ways to relax, including sleep.....but this could get very boring.

I yake a LOOOONNG shower and lay down in bed lol
I draw, write, watch anime, or sit out on my trampoline and watch the stars.
Sit on my porch and read if i cant sit on my porch because of rain or storm ill sit in side and read, watch tv sometimes cook and listen to music all though not all at the same time what would be stressful wouldnt it?
