I can't get any weight off with Garcinia Cambogia.
The supplement that has helped me lose the most weight, is not any pill, but actually the caffeine from coffee.
The caffeine in the coffee works as an appetite suppressant, so you're not as likely to eat as much throughout the day.
I try to keep it to 2 cups of coffee a day at most...however there are some in the fitness community who do supplement with caffeine pills to further reduce their appetite as well as boost their metabolism.
If you plan on going down that route, just make sure you don't go overboard with the caffeine and cause adrenal fatigue.
