Hi there, I think you should go on a diet to get rid of stubborn fat.

Your body fat percentage is normal, but the key to losing your belly is to eat "the right food"and do "the right core exercise" such as "Plank".

Hello, you have a really good body fat percentage and your BMI is normal, so there's nothing really to worry about. I'm sure you don't have much of a fat belly! If you do want to get rid of it though, I'd recommend a healthy diet and plenty of exercise.

Eat a balanced diet.

The best way to keep your weight the same and help to lose the fat belly is to eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and veggies, complemented by carbohydrates such as wholewheat pasta and potatoes with protein such as white meat or cheese (not too much) and meat substitutes. Eating meals such as pasta with a homemade tomato sauce with lots of veg and chicken is a good way to keep your weight healthy

Take up enjoyable exercise.

I HATED exercise, but then I found the Nike+ Running App which really helps me to feel motivated. You can enrol on coaching programs which tell you which days to run and how far. You're more likely to stick at something if you enjoy it - perhaps spinning classes or football is more to your liking.

Do toning exercises.

The best way to get rid of your fat belly is probably to do some kind of ab challenge. You can find them online, and they tell you how many sit ups, crunches, the plank etc. To do each day. They're really worth it! You can find my favourite one here: http://30dayfitnesschallenges.com/30-day-abs-challenge/

Eat healthy, no junk food, drink water and not soda, and exercise. Take
walks, or exercise in you room, if you have a Wii, get a game that uses
the step board and play it everyday!
