Calm down. The stomach cramps may not be related with periods at all. Simply make some green tea and put in a bit of ginger in it and some honey. Drink it hot and don't eat anything spicy or heavy for a while, not untill your diarrhea gets better at least. Warm milk is also great for stomach cramps and yogurt with a bit of crushed mint does wonders for an upset stomach. Take care and hope you feel better soon!:)
