Yes you seem to be getting about 9 hours of sleep but they say females need more sleep than males.
Ok so I go to bed around 10:00-10:30 and I wake up at 7:30 on the weekdays to get my son ready for school but through out the day I feel really tired. Why is that? Am I getting enough sleep?
Seems like you're getting enough sleep, however, sleep apnea will cause you to feel groggy throughout the day. You should talk with your doctor and maybe have a sleep study done.
I always felt tired when I ate poorly and had junk food every day.
