I do stretch some times but not all the times.

I stretch every single day because a) I need to do it in PE, b) It isn't really tiring,and c) it's good for your muscles. Plus, when you get older, you can't play sports as more often, but you can still stretch, preferably in the morning.

Gosh..I should more. I do when my back is hurting.. Or I yawn !  I guess it is something I just don't think about but should.

Lately I don't stretch enough, and sometimes get night cramps on account of it. Thanks for reminding us to stretch by way of your question!

I stretch every morning when I don't want to get out of bed, but my bladder insists that I have to get up lol... Ya know trying to get comfortable and not have to get up....

If I sleep wrong then when I wake up I know it and that's when I stretch

When spending full day in resting/sitting or laying on bed, I do stretch. But, never as exercise. And, I really get many many days where I only need to move my brain and my whole body remains at rest!

No I don't,about the only time i did stretch is when I was going to physical therapy when I hurt my leg and that is because they wanted me to stretch.I know I should but I guess I don't always do what I'm supposed to.LOL-Iamlegend

Lately I've been really tired and stretching alot. I think it gets your blood circulating and helps to wake you up.
