If you are still having periods you can get pregnant. However for many women after 30 it becomes harder to conceive. If you are wanting to have a child and have been trying, and even though you're still having your monthly period, it's very hard then you may want to seek help for a fertility drug to help you.  

Women and men are all different and their bodies age differently, so if you feel like you need help then you should get it. As you get older, it gets harder to produce children and the risk of complications rise with it which is why it is especially important to consult as well, for the sake of both you and your child's health.
