You know, you can't actually tell from just those measurements whether you are "overweight" or "chubby" or "pudgy" or whatever. I mean you probably have a very distinguished waist curve since it's much smaller than your hips but other than that, I can't tell you much.
Even though we often judge people by how healthy or appealing they are by body shape, it can be misleading. For instance, you can be super skinny but have a lot of fat and little muscle which puts you at risk for many diseases as obese people. There are also superb athletes out there who aren't skinny and have a high BMI (the example I'm thinking of in particular is this guy I've watched a documentary on who weighs over 200 pounds, is under 5'5", and yet he runs triathlons). Being bigger doesn't necessarily mean you're unhealthy just as being skinny doesn't mean that you're in good health.
Point is that it doesn't matter what your size is as long as you are living a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking good care of your body, then I'm sure that you will be just fine. Yes, being not chubby is usually desired because the media and society tells us so, but only really shallow people would actually base your worth on that. So unless you are eating fast foods everyday or something like that, don't worry too much.
