Eat healthy. Small, regular meals (DON'T try skipping breakfast -- starving yourself encourages your body to retain more fat. Get your energy at the start of the day and eat small snacks regularly afterwards). Adding a vitamin supplement may help if you don't have regular access to a variety of healthy foods. And you can exercise in your room if you'd like... Simple things. Jog in place, use dumbells, push ups, sit ups, etc. Stretching is important as a warm up and a cool down. When you exercise, go for reps, not for max weight -- max weight builds bulk, repetition tones. Make sure you're getting your cardio up, and make sure you get your rest. As far as "not too hard to stick to" is your own personal motivation and work ethic. Either you want to and can do it, or you don't.

There are many ways to work out without being seen. If you have a wii, and enough money, you can buy Wii Fit or Wii Fit plus. You can also use dumbells, your parents workout equipment if they have any. Also, if you are that much into it, Weightwatchers is a great source for tips and recipes, and you can ask your parents to cook some for dinner. You don't need to sign up and pay, you can just go on their website and look up recipes. Good Luck!  ;)

None of this matters if you arent happy with yourself so get a workout buddy to help keep each other motivated and get a set of good dumbells and start working out in your basement or garage and build your bodies up. My brother did this many years ago in our parents garage when he was 12 and about 8 years later competed for Mr Universe  so it can be done just don't quiot which is why a workout buddy is such a good idea

Are you sure your waist is 13 inches? That's really, really, small, especially since you mentioned that your hips are 41 inches. If you meant to type 31 inches, that seems right.
I'm 13 (almost) too, and we both have 6 inch wrists. I can't calculate whether you're overweight or underweight unlessl you present your height and weight.
I am somewhere around 160cm and 45kg, which defines that I am slightly underweight.
Since you mentioned that you are 13, I guess that your body is perfectly healthy. I recommend that you do NOT lose weight, you might get distracted from important aspects of your life (this occured to my classmate once).
I beg you to remain healthy throughout your life. Eat fruit everyday (an apple is suggestive), reduce amounts of junk food, drink warm water/tea/beverages to get the food digested properly. If you drink too much cold drinks, you are allowing the food in you stomach to harden, which gives difficulty to digest, which leads to no waste, and that food would remain in your stomach, probably gaining weight you did not want to.

Your concern should be to lose fat and if anything do some resistance training  to put on muscle. You don't want to lose weight that is muscle. Exercise to burn calories is OK but to lose the weight does not require it at all & in fact the amount of calories burned during exercise  is very small.

Go online & you will find calculators to show how little you actually burn compared to your resting metabolism, then look at the calories in a piece of cake. Much better to just not eat junk food.

You need to calculate your calories for maintenance & then deduct from that to lose weight. Example would be if your maintenance calorie is 3000/day & you ate 2000 a day, that would be 7000 cals /wk = 2lbs loss/wk .

and I do not eat anything till late in the day.when I'm on a cut.

Google "leangains "to get some actual logical reasons that I say the "skipping breakfast is a bad" thing is a myth ,in fact the body is at that time burning more fat due to overnight fasting state ,If you do any activate in that fasted state you will be burning fat at a high rate .

all these jillian michael's types no little of being fat are people with good metabolisms. In all seriousness Richard Simmons may seem a bit goofy but the guy had sincere care for obese people he was very obese & lost it all & has kept it off. He is before your time, but google that name .I can't think of anyone current I have much respect for. They appear to be wrapped up in their own egos.

First of all, don't be concerned about what other people think of you.

You are doing something to better yourself, if anyone is judging you on that, they are in the wrong and it says more about the kind of person they are then it does about you...

Be proud of yourself and what you are doing.

As far as doing something that isn't hard to stick to, EVERY diet is going to be tough when you first start it, that is the nature of things.

You need to be tough enough to deal with that initial hurdle to get the ball rolling.

Once the ball is rolling though, keeping it rolling gets easier and easier...so just set up the healthy eating habits and exercising habits bit by bit, and over time, you will find it is EASY to keep your weight loss going.

You've just got to realize THIS IS HOW ITS DONE, suck it up...and do  it.

Get motivation from watching motivational weight loss videos on Youtube..watch them daily.  Just like showering, you need to do this DAILY.

noone can make you do this for yourself, so you need to find the  desire within you.

This would get anyone in your position off to a good start..
