Pregnancy is the last thing I would think of. I would suggest you make an appointment with your doctor as there are so many other things that can cause the cramping, some very serious, most not unless left untreated.
If you are having cramps a full week after your period and you are on the pill and you take it everyday at the same time, are you pregnant?
Nothing is fool proof.
