If it's light cramping, you should be ok. We women have all kinds of things going on in our bodies. I find I cramp a little in between my periods. However, if the cramping is strong, I would suggest you see your Dr.

I am a woman and my periods usually only last about five days, although, some people have them for about 8 days. My personal experience with cramps after periods happens all the time, from 1-4ish days of cramps.

Cramps can be due to many reasons. Cramps during periods are normal and can be due to increased levels of prostaglandins which are produced to cause uterine contractions. If you are getting cramps after the periods then these are not related with periods. These can be due to other gastric problems. You should get advice from doctor.

I'm not a woman but I remember from the ed classes the teacher was telling us about how during a women's cycle she might get angry at you for no reason mostly because she's starting to cramp

I'm not sure your sex ed teacher knew what he was talking about...I think you may be thinking of pms, not cramping.
