My eyes always seem to be a bit baggy and I keep having dark circles no matter what I do. If I give myself 12 hours of sleep, I still have em like I haven't made a change in my sleeping schedule. Why is that? And is there any way I can fix this?

Some people have them genetically. It's also common among people who have had depression or other mental disorders for years. Fighting an emotional battle every day for a few years straight is tiring, regardless of how much sleep you get. I've had depression for 6 years, and my eye's are always light pink or light gray underneath. If I continue to not get treated, they will become serious bags.
