I have mine after every 22 days but there are times I have it after 26 days and with the last 2 months I had one on the 19th day and my last one no the 34th day because I took a drug it is normal

Birth control pills are probably the best way. They keep you very regular if you take them the way you are suppose to . They're not just used for birth control.
