There's a lot of factors that go into weight, muscle mass, water weight, even what time of day it is! I'd say if your doctor hasn't called you out on any health issues associated with being overweight then you're doing just fine.
It would depend on your build. If you have an athletic build, meaning you are muscular, than no, you are not overweight. If you don't have a muscular build, you might be 10 lbs. Overweight. That isn't much at all, considering you would be about 5% overweight. That is not a health risk, but, something to keep an eye on.
