For some people it is healthy... It depends on your height. If you are tall, than it is okay to be skinny, but sometimes if you do not not eat very much you can aquire an illness... Your amune system breaks down and it is easier to get sick.
I encourage you to eat the reccomended amount of food per day. I hope that you already do. You may just lose weight easily. Who knows?
