Ive been ttc for over a year now and I have very irregular periods, as soon as I took the prenatal vitamins ,I got a period. I had sex all the middle of my cycle and its too early to test but ive had little signs,fatigue,nasea,gas. So send me baby dust;) but you I think they mightve worked for me
