The easiest and most effective way for a woman to prepone her periods is by taking contraceptive or hormonal pills, but before you do you will need to  discuss your options with your doctor because although there are different types of pill, they do have contraindications, which means that they are known to have some side effects for some people, which can be dangerous.

Obviously, your doctor will take your general health, your lifestyle and your age into consideration before prescribing you a particular pill so that the risk will be reduced but you need to be aware that taking hormones can lead to health issues such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and heart diseases.

The way a contraceptive pill (the Pill) works is by changing the body's hormone balance so they you do not ovulate, which means that you will not release an egg (ovum) every month. It also makes the mucus that forms in the cervix thicken, so that it is more difficult for sperm to travel through the uterus, and it also makes the lining of the uterus thinner.

As far as preponing your period is concerned, because you do not ovulate, you do not have a period as you would do normally. The bleeding that you experience will be much less, because your uterine wall is so much thinner, so there is not as much to shed, and if you continue to take the Pill instead of taking a break each month, you will not bleed at all.

This means that if you know in advance when you want to prepone your period, you can work out the best time to begin taking the Pill so that your period starts exactly when you want it to.

I advice you not to adopt for any such measures...as I have a very bad experience of taking such pills and even then not getting the menses propound...
It is possible that you would get into trouble by not getting your period at the exact date...and at the last moment you even wont able to postpone it at a later date.

Better get some tablets for propound...that would help you.
