There are various exercises you can do, such as push-ups and weights. You can also try giving your breasts an ice bath every morning. Fill a washing up bowl with cold water and ice cubes and dangle your breasts into it for as long as you can stand it. Make sure it doesn't exceed 5 minutes, though - you don't want frostbite in your nips. Regular massages in a pumping action can also help.
