Mine was 4 lbs. Give or take 6 ounces at the 29+week ultrasound, not quite 30 weeks, that means probably 4 plus since mine are always bigger than they think, from having heavy bone and nice muscle. My others were born at 8lbs. 11 ounces, 8lbs. 9 ounces and 9lbs. 5 ounces and 8 lbs. This is number 5 and I gain always the same amount. I start out around 102-107 and wind up at 144-146. It is always exactly the same. Right now I am 135 at almost 32 weeks and will gain another 10 or so. I remember a final ultrasound with my oldest son, who was 8lbs. 11 ounces predicted at a week before birth. He came out at 9lbs. 5 ounces which was exactly an ounce extra per day. They were amazed that this sized infant was in my belly. The belly was all him and it probably is this time too! The weight comes off fully in about 2 months from breastfeeding and they are all around 30 lbs. At a year. My biggest baby gained a lb. Per week until he was 16 lbs. At (YES!! It's true I have the card from the doctor(hahahahalol))at 7 weeks. They called him buddha at the doctors. He was the happisest baby I've ever seen. And I was skinny! Fun stuff!! Don't worry about weight.
