First off your height is going to play a big factor. I don't think going 100% by the scale is a big deal. Women to women is going to be different too. Fat vs. Muscle as well, so there's too many variables to judge. A true test of health might be how much fat you can pinch say 1 inch above your belly button, combined by a flexibility and strength test. That would say if one is healthy a lot. Its sad but we all know a girl or 30 that need to be at a magic number on a scale. They end up starving themselves just to lose muscle mass and grow sick. If you don't have a magic number already then I think you're already a step above the rest.
