There is no connection between height and the dumbbell weight. I have seen short people lifting heavy weights. You seems like a little underweight. You should have been at last 65 kg. Anyways, as you are novice, its better to start with 2 kg dumbbell weight. Its useless to start with greater weights, as you won't get anything except muscle ache. What matters is how many times do you move your hands.
