Can I Get Pregnant On The Last Day Of My Menstrual Cycle?

Ok I had sex june 21-22nd the same night my period stopped n I was also drinking but when the doctors did the 1st ultrasound sept. 14th after finding out I was pregnant she said I was only 10 weeks could I have gotten pregnant that night or did I conceive 2 weeks later as the ultrasound says? I am very confused and I need a lot of help.
