I had my tubes cut and tied almost a year and a half ago and I just found out last week I'm pregnant with my 4th....so yes it can happen but there is a much greater chance of it being ectopic, that's what I'm waiting to find out about mine. I should know the results later today. I would take a test or see your doctor. Good luck!
