I am sorry I don't have the answer for you, but I too am curious. I am 44 and 4 days late. I took a home test, but it came back negative. Still, after 5 babies, I know what the pregnancy signs feel like and I have them, Sore breasts, heavy crampy feeling, nausea. Can these also be signs of menopause?

I turned 50 seven months ago and I think I am going into menopause. I feel dizzy nauseous the so called hot flashes are a nightmare, I thought I was having a heart attack.

I now feel like I did during the first trimester of pregnancy tired and nauseous. My last period was 6 weeks ago. Prior to that they had been somewhat irregular over the last year.

All I can say is why didn't anyone warn me of this nightmare?
