It could be worth a test I am not a doctor you may want to check your blood pressure and blood sugar as well I am hypoglysemic and get lightheaded nausious and clammy when things are a little off I find that salt and protiens help ( a small bag of peanuts or sunflower seeds. I wish you well :)
