The periods after more than 32 days means that you are suffering from oligomenorrhea. This can be due to poly cystic ovarian disease. First take oral progesterone for 10 days to induce periods. After 3 days of this medication you will get periods. On the 12th day of periods get ultrasound using transvaginal probe. If cysts are positive then take treatment. Also check your blood levels of prolactin.
