Walking will help...Since I got back from my holiday and was disgusted by my pictures :-( I started power walking 2km a day. It only takes about 20 mins. I have been doing this for a month and noticed the difference. My bum doesn't look as saggy either!!! I have since joined a gym and I am going 4 times a week so hopefully my weight loss will continue (I have lost a stone so far!) Good luck to you and your bum!!
