If you don't take it all at one time.  If your worried about running out and feeling sick you can break it down in to quarters even.  Its not like you'll catch a buzz (depending on your tolerance or current dosage levels) but you will feel ok. But the last guy is right on with his answer, it really depends on what your taking otherwise and what your goal for that suboxone is. 

Suboxone has like a 30 hour half life that pretty means in 30 hours half the drug is out of your system. It is a very long acting drug for opiod withdraw effects. As the first person said depends on your tolerance to it and the type drugs you used in the past. If you do not take this and just got it to get buy couple days withdraw I would break it in half and take half each day if possible, unless you are a very heavy Heroin/fetinall opiod type user. If you take weaker drugs and don't shoot them well you could get by with a lower dose than a 8mg pill. Always depends on what your using it for detox/fight withdraw or pain...
