Two periods in a month or cycle length less than 22 days is called polymenorrhea. This is due to short secretory phase. This short secretory phase can be due progesterone deficiency. This progesterone deficiency can be due to corpus luteum insufficiency. There are no authentic symptoms of pregnancy. Only missing of periods on due dates suspect pregnancy.
