Do exercise daily and get good results.
All you have to do to make your hips smaller is by doing 2 hours of exercise everyday... This includes going for a 15min walk then a 15min run, do 50 sit ups, 100 jumps with a skipping rope and then go for a nice long jog. Also by only having 3 meals a day,breakfast, lunch and dinner this can include, a smoothie and a fruit salad for breakfast, a nice bowl of salad for lunch, and for dinner 2 portions of fruit and another salad. This worked for me and I feel so much better and I feel like I can wear bikinis now
