The best way to tone your inner thighs is to lie on your side and lean forward a little so that you balance your torso. Then bring the bottom leg up 10 times. This forces a deep contraction in the inner thigh. Also plies, as done in ballet class where your legs and feet are turned outward and you lie down to just where your knee are in line with your toes, really works the inner thighs to the max without bulking them. You can do 2 sets of 8 for the plies because they are very strenuous. They sure do work.

Don't eat a lot of food because you don't know exactly where the food is going. Therefore, try targeting the areas that you want. To get bigger thighs, try some leg exercises such as getting down on all 4's and lifting your leg so that it is 90 degrees. You can also try lunges or leg lifts. To get a bigger butt, do some squats and then try to hold it as long as you can. Hope this helps =)

what exactly are "duck walks"? what are your body movenments?

It's like a lunge, but you don't come back up. you just kinda waddle around. make sure your knees touch the floor. Like a squat-walk. Lunge- walks are good, although they're hard on the knees. I bought a pilates ball yesterday... IN LOVE!!! I got the exercises from a free vid series at expertvillage.com. got the ball at a rummage sale, 5 bucks! 120lbs, here I come!!!!

I always would ask how to get big thighs but I kinda have big thighs now but I want them bigger but when I was in 7th grade I had no butt and no thighs I started soccer and that really helped me out a lot then I continued with sports and I did track and that kept my butt in shape but I still think that my thighs arent big enough so I sudjust to do sports and lots of exercises because it really does work I should know but don't eat any foods that will make you fat all the time  because that wont work thats what makes your belly fat you don't really know if all that food is going to go to your thighs so think about that don't listen to people that say that eating is going to make your thighs bigger it might but not only that like I said before other placed too so yeah good luck

One way is to bike and walk up and down stairs. I had thin legs and did that and it worked!! Don't eat junk food because it don't help. You also can go to the gym and work out. Leg lifts really work, anyway good luck. Remember, God made you perfect so don't try to change to much!!

I am appreciate to get bigger thighs and arms. I have chicken arms and legs and I can't gain wait because I have a high metabolism. Is there anyway you found a solution and you can help me? I would appreciate it considering no jeans fit my thighs or butt. :((

Muscle and fat are not the same, also you cannot "spot" reduce, that is toneing the thighs while not affecting other parts of the body. That being said, if you start a program of "toneing," your legs will not grow bigger but smaller as long as you watch food intake (Fats)2

You need to have the genetic ability to gain massive size. Try putting a pilates ball between your knees and squeezing together. This is what I do to counteract my quads (which get stronger faster than my inner thighs). Good luck.

I am a petite person. I'm small, I weight 136lbs. I have curves but I would like a bigger butt and bigger thighs. I have a nice butt and nice thighs but I would like them to be bigger...what should I do?

You should go bike riding for 15 minutes each day and it helps you to get bigger thighs plus do some squats, lunges, and weight squats I hope this helped.
Using this method I went from a 19inch thigh to a 24 inch thigh

Ugh I'm super skinny I weigh 97 ! I need help ! I need some bigger thighs and I seriuosly suck at all these squats nd I got not bike !!!
