There is no danger in taking bath during the menstrual cycle. If you don't take bath then in it will to dangerous.

I wear a tampon to take a relaxing soak in the tub while on my period, occassionally. Like BlkDiamond advised, you may still want to shower off right after. I am very squimish about blood, so even with a tampon, I rinse off just to be sure I am clean. :)

No, but you might want to take a shower so you tub water wont have blood in it and you cont be chillin in bloody water. I take showers.
