Increase 1000 calorie more to your diet . It result in gaining more  weight  to your body.

Why do you want to gain in just a week? Overeating will cause burden on your body. You may get food poisoning or indigestion. Slowly and gradually is natural way to gain weight.

Hmm. No supplements, then eat those things that contain protein

eggs, cheese, fish, meat are animal protein supplements. Soybean, lentils, nuts, quorn and seeds have protein as well but not as much as animal proteins.

Just eat more dairy and carbohydrates . E,G meats , pasta and cheese + exercise on muscles
