I am 5'5" and 146lbs. But I still feel fat. According to our height and a skeleton size chart I should be 120-135lbs. So I want to lose weight. Do what makes you happy, life is too short to worry about what is wrong with your body all the time. As a society we've fallen too far. Work at being happy, and healthy is nice too. But it's unhealthy to worry about being healthy all the time. Especially if you are willing to do dangerous things to be "perfect". Lol sorry rambled. You should be fine, make yourself happy.
I don't think you're really over weight, I think you are like 5 pounds over but you're fine. If you are really that concerned about it then just eat healthier and exercise more, like running etc.
