Do not stress! It will come off in time. Your body created a life and changes had to be made. Don't diet! eat what you need when your hungry. portion control helped me. I ate allot more than I needed too when I was pregers. slow down when you eat Evin if it is cold food, (that should be hot). body image is not the most important, in time you will look as good as you feel. love a mom as well. Every one loves you for you not what you look like. be a size healthy.

First there is no need to worry I am a man and I waied 170 almost 180 pounds just like you first you waied take diet pills that will screw your life up how because you will get hedches and satrt to fell differnt you should fruits and vegetilbles shuch as bannana,avocado,and those type of stuff I lost 80 pounds in 1 mounth you want to now how I cut down on chicken,rice,and fried stuff and fast food and sweets and all those goodies and insted I ate a boiled food and if I ever wanted a sweet dish or anything to make me gain wait I walked away and  ate some strawberries or some fruit I am not saying a 2 bowls full of fruit they still contain sugar and cut down on soda and lemonade and all those ice tea and all of that type of stuff and when I got craky for something sweet I fell asleep or went for a bike ride and if you really need a sweet drink instead of drinking coke and juice I drank vitamin water and flawored water and it is healthy wonce in a while or better diet coke olny half a glace and this will take a while and it will be really hard my love but youll see the change in your life and I see you have a huge job to fufill I am a lawyer and I own 10 of my own bussiness all over thiz world nice to meet you my name is rocky hassan I am muslim and american
