With taken any kind of birth control for more than 2 years at a time it will throw your bodies natural cycle out of whack. Most doc don't tell you but you aren't supposed to take it for more then 2 yrs at most then stay off of it for about a yr so your body can clean all the chemicals out that the birth control put in. Also with the changing of birth control from depo to pill is a chemical change in the body when it never had time to clean out the depo to start something else. Normally and kind of medication takes about 3 months for it to be completely out of your system. I would give your body some time to clean out any and all chemicals naturally so it can figure out what is going on. If a problem prosists I would see a doc about his sperm count if that isn't it I would see a doc about your cycle and how fertile you are. But do not think that there is anything wrong. Give your body some time and if the results are the same I would consult a doc. I hope this helps.
