It's quite easy to lose weight in just 3 months without actually going for a crash diet.
- Wake up early every morning to have a fresh start.
- Drink one glass of water.
- Do yoga for an hour every day in a well ventilated place.
- Eat fruits and try to have different fruits on a weekly basis.
- Have boiled cereals or toast with milk for breakfast.
- Have boiled vegetables after 4-5 hours.
- Have soup with lots of water when you feel hungry.
- Have boiled nuts instead of deep fried ones.
- If you can't avoid having meat occasionally then have boiled ones.
- Carry a water bottle with you if you are a working woman or a student. This helps in the intake of more water.
- Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water.
- Go for evening walks for at least 1 hour or go out with your pet (if you have one).
- Avoid using vehicles if the distance is walkable.
