I am a 17 year old girl and am currently 165 pounds. How would I lose weight in 4 months? Your help is appreciated (:

It's quite easy to lose weight in just 3 months without actually going for a crash diet.

  1. Wake up early every morning to have a fresh start.
  2. Drink one glass of water.
  3. Do yoga for an hour every day in a well ventilated place.
  4. Eat fruits and try to have different fruits on a weekly basis.
  5. Have boiled cereals or toast with milk for breakfast.
  6. Have boiled vegetables after 4-5 hours.
  7. Have soup with lots of water when you feel hungry.
  8. Have boiled nuts instead of deep fried ones.
  9. If you can't avoid having meat occasionally then have boiled ones.
  10. Carry a water bottle with you if you are a working woman or a student. This helps in the intake of more water.
  11. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water.
  12. Go for evening walks for at least 1 hour or go out with your pet (if you have one).
  13. Avoid using vehicles if the distance is walkable.

Eat high fiber foods like beans, lentils, oatmeal and broccoli.

Do 20 sit ups or crunches, then 20 push-ups, then 20 deep knee bends every day and each week try to increase your repetitions.

Do 100 jumping jacks also, daily. Also, go for a 30 minute walk daily if you can.

go for jogging, running and walking without fail daily or fixed tiem which you have set and you will see the wonder.
