It's impossible for anyone to lose 50 pounds in one week.

No, there is not a way to lose 50 pounds in one week. You didn't gain the weight overnight. There's no magic pill to make the weight disappear. If there were, you wouldn't see so many overweight people.

Walk everywhere. Drink a lot of water. Cut out the soft drinks and junk food. Eat more fruits and veggies. Slow and steady weight loss will help you lose the weight for good.

No way you can lose that in one week.  Be realistic about this and talk to your doctor for a healthy way to lose the weight.

It's impossible to lose that much weight in a week and if you're not realistic about how much it's reasonable to expect then you're going to be unable to lose the weight.

See a dietician and get a sensible diet, stick to it, write down everything you eat because most people who fail to lose weight snack and don't realize just how much they really do eat.  Writing down every bite you eat is one way of understanding just where you're going wrong with your diet.

Good luck!  You CAN do it.
